Bonnie Schneider is meteorologist appearing across the different platforms of CNN and HLN. In March 2012, Bonnie will serve as the TV expert, co-executive and co-producer of a DIY NETWORK special, entitled Last House ReSISTING. Bonnie's book EXTREME WINTER came out by Palgrave Macmillan, on 31 January 2012. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. In Boston Schneider was an all-day, week-long reporter on special assignments who reported on entertainment and lifestyle. She was employed at WFOR-TV as a meteorologist on weekends prior to moving over to WB56. She worked as a meteorologist and reporter for News 12 Long Island, which is a 24 hour cable news network. WXII TV is the NBC affiliate in Winston-Salem in North Carolina. The other position she worked in was a fill-in on occasion for The Saturday Early Show in New York City for CBS.
